I can an error when logging in, what should I do?
"Incorrect email or password"
This error appears when you try to log in using an e-mail address we don't have on file or when the password connected to the email address is incorrect.
- Try using a different e-mail address to log in.
- Double check that Caps Lock and/or Number lock weren't activated while entering as passwords are Case Sensitive.
- Still not working? You can always reset your password.
"This email address is already associated with an account."
This error appears when you try to create a new account using an e-mail address that already exists in our system. Only one account can be created per e-mail address.
- Try signing in instead of creating a new account.
- Or, Create a new account with a different email address - we can always merge them later.
