Just make sure to keep the shape within the confines of three and half sq. inches otherwise it will be priced as a postcard which is more expensive.

How are die cutting dies made?

How to design a print ready die-cut business card?
Easy! just make sure you are set to CMYK mode for full-color designs or use PMS swatches for spot color. Keep resolution at 300 DPI and use a bright neon color to show your intended die line, many people use magenta (0 100 0 0). Make sure you leave at least 1/8" or better 1/4" of bleed outside the perimeter of your cut line. And, naturally, keep important items away from the edge, unless your intent is for them to bleed off.
