How long do I have to request a return or refund?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund. If you have any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can work together to find a solution.
How do I request a return or refund for a product I received from Print Peppermint?
If you have a quality issue with a product you received from us, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll ask you to provide details about the issue and may ask you to send photos of the product to assist with our investigation.
Are there any products that are not eligible for return or refund?
No, all products and design services come with a no-hassle money-back guarantee.
What if my order arrives damaged?

How will my refund be processed?
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used to place the order. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If you paid by check or money order, a check will be issued and mailed to the billing address on the order.
Can I return a product that I no longer want or need?
