The production time for orders depends on the complexity of the design but generally takes 7-14 business days after receiving payment approval. After production is completed we ship via USPS or FedEx Ground depending on the shipping location and estimated delivery dates will vary based on those services' transit times.
What file types should I submit when ordering die cut stickers from Print Peppermint?
When ordering die cut stickers from us at Print Peppermint we prefer vector artwork files such as .ai or .eps formats along with a corresponding high resolution 300dpi .jpeg file format as a backup reference image file. We also accept various other file formats so please contact us if you need assistance in preparing files for submission!
Are there limitations as to what kind of designs I can make for my custom die cut sticker order?
There are no limitations on the kinds of designs you can make for your custom-die cuts; however not all designs may be suitable for this process due to its complexity so it is best to consult with one of our designers prior to submitting your artwork files so they may advise you accordingly!
How much do custom die cut sticker orders cost at Print Peppermint?
Prices vary depending on number of colors used in your design as well as the size and quantity being produced; however we strive to provide competitive printing prices without sacrificing quality!
Is there a minimum order amount required when placing an order for custom die cuts through Print Peppermint?
Yes – there is an absolute minimum order amount of 100 pieces per artwork design required when placing an order through us here at Print Peppermint; however depending on what you’re looking for there may be additional costs associated with higher quantities that would have to be discussed separately upon inquiry!
Do I need special software to design my own custom-die cuts through Print Peppermint?
You do not need special software in order to design your own custom-die cuts; however if you would like assistance designing your artwork our team here at Print Peppermint would love to help! In either case it is important that whatever program used allows files exported in vector formats such as .ai or .eps along with a corresponding high resolution .jpeg file format as a reference image backup copy before submission.
