How long does it take for my order to be shipped after it is produced?

The shipping time for an order will depend on the production time and the chosen shipping method.

By default, orders are shipped with Ground Service unless otherwise specified.

The average transit time for ground shipping within the continental United States is 2-8 business days (most usually it doesn't go past 3 or 4) depending on the distance between the shipping origin and destination.

Factors that can affect transit times include the time of year (holidays may cause delays), the shipping carrier, and any unexpected events such as weather disruptions or other unforeseen issues.

Keep in mind that these are estimates, and actual transit times may vary.

What shipping carriers do you use, and how do I track my order?

We use a variety of shipping carriers, such as USPS, UPS, and DHL. Customers can track their orders through the carrier's website or app using a tracking number provided by us.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the order, as well as the shipping destination but we typically charge a base of $15 for boxing, handling, and ground shipping service.


Do you offer same-day or next-day shipping options?

Yes we do. Please contact support for a confirmation of the price.

Also, please be aware that upgrading your shipping speed will NOT have any effect on your production turnaround time. Ship time is in addition to production time.

Can I change my shipping service after my order has been placed?

Sure thing, you are welcome to reach out to support to upgrade or adjust your shipping service anytime before your order leaves our facilities. Of course, if the package has already been picked up by the carrier, we can no longer make any changes.

Can I choose a specific delivery date or time?

Customers can request a specific delivery date or time, and we will do our very best to acomodate it but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to accommodate these requests.

Do you offer local pickup as an option for orders?

Local pickup is currently only available for EU orders via our Berlin, Germany location.

Can you ship international?

Yep! We can ship anywhere in the world - for a fee of course :)

Do you offer any guarantees or warranties on your shipping or delivery services?

Unfortunately, we do not. Once your package is handed over to the carrier, we no longer have any control over what happens from there.

Can you accommodate special delivery requests, such as a required signature upon delivery?

Yes, we can. Please contact support before placing your order.

Can you ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses?

Yes, we can. We use USPS to handle these parcels.

Do you offer any eco-friendly or sustainable shipping options?

We offer eco-friendly shipping options such as recycled packaging materials - this includes reusing boxes for shipping even if they are ugly and full of tape.

Can I ship my order to multiple addresses?

Yes, we can. If you are not able to set it up on our website during your order process, simply email support your list of addresses and we will get it quoted and handled.
