Depending on the paper and finishes, all products fall into one of (3) production lines: BASIC, STANDARD or PREMIUM.

BASIC orders typically take (2-4) business days + ship time.

STANDARD orders may take either (2-4) or (5-7) business days + ship time.

PREMIUM orders take 15 business days + ship time (Include Temporary Prints)

Customers who order at the PREMIUM level can receive Temporary Prints - also known as “Holdover Prints” - with their order. These prints are designed to hold you over until your final prints arrive, or serve as a backup in case the full order doesn't arrive in time for your event. The temporary prints are printed on basic papers with full color print and no special finishes.

Yes, you can make changes to your order at any time before production begins. However, please be aware that changes to your order may affect the price of the project and extend the turnaround time.
